While Holly is in captivity a man tries to sexually assault her, but Negan stops it and slits the man’s throat. Andrea was found in the tower and she is getting beaten up. The confrontation between Rick and Negan is in full effect, and Carl ends up shooting Negan’s baseball bat that he affectionately calls Lucille. This furthers the rage in Negan. Andrea manages to throw the guy attacking her out the window of the tower where he falls to his death.

Spencer approached Negan to warn him of Rick and his convictions of needing to be in charge and have control over situations, but Negan considers him to be a weak person and slashes his guts out.
