at play, and Rick is not complacently following orders as he appears to be.

This was formed because Rick sees a future, and he sees this as a step closer

winter.

up slitting the other man’s throat to protect himself.

They are burning all the zombie bodies. Rick admits to
having no choice but to sacrifice Jessie after she wouldn’t let go of Ron. It
goes to show how desperate and protective Rick is of Carl and how he would not
put that in danger and would do anything that needs to be done to ensure the
greatest safety for him. Rick and the community are thinking of ideas that will
create a better future for them all and that they will be able to be safe in
the town. Carl is still in the infirmary. Rosita found out about Abraham’s
cheating with Holly and she has decided to leave him.

I really like this cover. It once again shows Rick making sure that Carl is safe, and that he is maintaining how protective he is as a father and that ultimately Carl is his son and is still a kid.

The group manages to thin out the zombies and reclaim the
community as their own. Carl is recovering, and Rick has regained a sense of
hope with all that has happened and believes that they will be able to secure
the walls, invest in training, and become an army to defend against all threats
and attacks and that the zombies are manageable, but the biggest threat is
other humans being the obstacle.

the community are taking refuge inside their houses. Morgan’s arm had to be
amputated in order for him to survive. He talks to Carl about maintaining his
humanity and also discusses how innocence is lost. Rick talks about making a
run for it with a small group to attempt to leave and figure out how to help
afterwards.

supplies to Andrea who is stuck in the tower. However, the rope breaks on the
way there. Inside the community one of the walls collapsed in on them. During
the battle at the all Morgan ended up getting bitten.

Review:
Regina was killed by Pete, and a funeral was decided to be held for Scott and Pete. Despite the faults, Pete had been a husband and a father and it presented an opportunity to discuss the matter openly with the entire community to come together. However, during the service, a gunshot came from outside the gates with someone wanting to get in. However, they end up being killed so that they couldn't attack the community and jeopardize the safety of everyone was lives there. The bodies ended up being buried in the ground. Douglas tells Rick that his time as community leader is over now, and that Rick should be the one to take his place because they need him in charge.

Review:
Rick admits to Carl that he was talking to Lori on the
phone, but explains that he does it as a way to help him and that it is not
real. Andrea goes for dinner with Spencer. Scott died, and while they are
burying him Pete comes to kill Rick with a knife. However, Douglas’s wife
Regina tries to stop him and he slashes her. Douglas told Rick to kill Pete,
and after shooting him, the gunshot indicated to a group of people who Glenn
and Heath had seen in the city to know what direction to head to find the
community.

Rick is beginning to crack, although Douglas is keeping him
in charge as Constable. Glenn and Heath return from their medicine run to the
city. The situation with Pete is that he and Jessie are living in separate
houses and Ron is living with Jessie in hopes that this removes any issue with
them. As well, Rick begins talking to Lori on the phone again, and Carl sees
him as he is doing that.

Abraham is now the leader of the construction crew after
saving Holly’s life while the construction crew was working and zombies attacked.
The group is beginning to spread out into new separate houses. Glenn has gone
with Heath to make a run for supplies in the city. Father Gabriel has told
Douglas that he thinks Rick and his group are not good people and it was a
mistake to have let them in.
