Review:
The Governor decapitates Tyreese after Rick and the group at the prison refuse him access to come inside. Rick prepared options for Lori, Carl, and Judy in a worst case scenario situation. As well, Michonne, presumably dead, ends up showing up at the end of the issue after they had left her for dead.
