Review:
After Andrea is attacked and the true identity of the murderer is revealed, Rick has returned to the prison and is forced to make some very difficult decisions in regards to punishment and consequences for murder. Being deemed intolerable, those who murder are forced to face capital punishment, and will be hanged. This is decided to be reinstatement of society and rules as an attempt to create order among themselves.
